Volunteer Steward Program

Ithaca College Natural Lands Volunteer Stewards are a vital part of the protection work we do. Our volunteer stewards:

•    Represent ICNL to the Ithaca College community
•    Are our eyes and ears to notice any changes on South Hill lands
•    Note trends over time, and any changes to the land

 Our first year, Fall 2009, we had over 26 Volunteer Stewards. Over the years we've grown, and this year, Fall 2011 we have 40 dedicated stewards.
