McCall’s most recent publication, “Building Customer Loyalty: Ten Guiding Principles for Designing an Effective Customer Reward Program,” was reported on by QSR Magazine. The report focused on how the hospitality and gaming industries need to pay attention to customer psychology and desires. “Virtually all hospitality and gaming firms have some form of customer loyalty program,” said McCall. “But so far there's not much evidence that these programs actually create customer loyalty.”
