WBEN NewsRadio interviewed Michael McCall about Americans tightening their belts on spending. McCall says many people have become firmly entrenched in their thrifty habits and have learned to get by with less. It seems that many Americans will continue to save and spend less, but this won’t last forever. “It’s definitely going to come back, we are going to get back to spending,” says McCall. “How long will it take? I think it depends on consumer confidence.”
