“Dickens: The Greatest Hits,” the closing event of the Ithaca Dickens Festival, featuring famous and favorite passages from Dickensread and performed by faculty, staff, students and community members; 6 p.m., Handwerker Gallery.

“Impressionistic Images,” a performance by the Concert Band, conducted by Mark Fonder, playing music by Itoh, Larsen, Ives and Reed; 8:15 p.m., Ford Hall, Whalen Center.
