LECTURE
Park Distinguished Visitor Series lecture by Internet entrepreneur Randi Zuckerberg, former marketing director for Facebook and founder of the new startup venture R to Z Media; 7:30 p.m., Emerson Suites, Phillips Hall.

MUSIC
Performance by Sinfonietta, conducted by James Mick, playing music by Copland, Bizet, Berlioz and Warlock; 7 p.m., Ford Hall, Whalen Center.

Performance by the Vocal Jazz Ensemble, conducted by Catherine Gale; 8:15 p.m., Hockett Family Recital Hall, Whalen Center.

SCREENING
Israeli Voices film series showing of “Eyes Wide Open,” a documentary that follows a wide range of American Jews, first-timers and frequent visitors alike, on their journeys to Israel; 7 p.m., Textor 101.

CONTINUING EXHIBITS
“The Rise of a Landmark: Lewis Hine and the Empire State Building,” a traveling exhibition of Hine’s silver gelatin prints chronicling the 1930–31 building of what was then the tallest building in the world; through Dec. 16, Handwerker Gallery. The gallery is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, noon–5 p.m.
