Contract Submission Checklist
- Have you reviewed the Contract Templates and determined that none are appropriate for your needs?
- Have you reviewed the section on Determining Whether Your Contract Requires Legal Review?
- Have you read the contract and all related documents in their entirety and confirmed that your department, and any other departments obligated under the contract, can comply with its terms and conditions?
- Have you confirmed that the contract does not conflict with any other contracts, promises, or obligations of the College?
- Have you verified that the person who plans to sign the contract is an authorized signatory?
