NEW Media Arts Program in London!
This program supports focused study and internships in contemporary media arts and the creative media fields as part of the London Center program. It is particularly designed to take advantage of London’s position as one of the world’s largest centers of contemporary photography, film/video and emerging media production. As with the Theatre program at the London Center, students apply to the Media Arts program in coordination with their application to the London Center Program.
The Media Arts in London Program is open to Park School Majors and Minors or students in affiliated fields - Art, Art History, Writing, Theatre, Music - with demonstrated interest in creative media fields. In addition to the existing course offerings and activities of the London Center, accepted program participants will pursue newly created internship placements with contemporary artists and institutions in London. They will also enroll in ONE OR TWO or more newly designed London-specific media arts courses that will contribute towards course work in several Park School degrees.
Though seats will be reserved for Media Arts program students in both courses, these classes are open, space permitting, to all London Center students across the college.
