If Only Farm If Only Farm is owned and operated by Bill and Susan Lowe. It was established in 1979, and focuses on creating an environment that the entire family can enjoy. Safety always comes first, followed by fun, learning, and good horsemanship.The barn offers showing at the local and national level, as well as participation in on-site and off-site clinics and hunter paces.
In addition, the barn is home to the Ithaca College Equestrian Team
Facility If Only Farm is located on 95 acres in the Finger Lakes region of New York, 10 minutes from the Ithaca Regional Airport. Directions to If Only Farm from IC Turn right out of Ithaca College onto Rt 96B, then turn left, staying on 96B. At then end of 96B, turn right onto Rt 13 North. Continue on Rt 13 past the Pyramid Mall. At the second light past the mall, turn left onto Hanshaw Rd. Take this to the end, then turn right onto West Dryden Rd. Go about a mile until you see the sign for If Only on the right. Make your next right onto Wood Rd., then another immediate right into the farm's driveway. (Driving time approx. 20 min)
