Prerequisites

• No previous experience is required
• There are different levels of competition to suit your abilities
• The coach decides each riders' placement on the team based on individual performances at the tryouts held at If Only Farm.

Lessons

All team members are required to take one riding lesson per week at $35.00 a lesson. $350.00 is collected as part of the fall semester dues; $280.00 is collected as part of the spring semester dues. This covers 10 and 8 required lessons respectively. Any additional lessons are paid directly to If Only Farm.

Costs

Ithaca College subsidizes the majority of our team costs, including entry fees, horse show training fees, individual and team IHSA registration fees and hotel expenses. Any rollover amount that is not covered by our school sanctioned budget will be divided equally among team members.

Riders must also provide their own riding attire, meals, and gas money for each show
