Hi, I'm Diana Breidenstein,

I am a freshman this year at IC from West Chester/Ardmore, Pa, and my major is Television & Radio, so when I am not on horseback I can probably be found in Park. My horseback riding experience started when I was five years old taking lessons at a local barn. Then when I turned 7, I owned my first pony, October Sunshine, at Rador Hunt Stables and that is when I started showing in local Walk, Trot, Canter horse shows. When I was 10, I moved to another barn, Royal Crown Stables, and owned my second pony, Kiss Me Quick, aka Popcorn, and started showing in jumper shows around the area.

Also, I raced Popcorn for two years in the Delaware Valley Point-to-Point Association where I won the overall championship the second year in the small pony division. I was also on two different Pony Clubs, Cheshire and Rose Tree, where I competed in Combined Training Rallies and two years of Games, with the second year going to Virginia for Regionals. I stopped riding when I was 13, and rode for two summers since then, and one of the main reasons I applied to IC was to ride on the Equestrian Team because I miss riding and hope to improve my horsemanship skills in the next four years.
