Elections

The Student Government Association, Class Council, and Alumni Council elections will be held from March to April this year. All elected officials will be serving for the 2015-2016 academic year. 

Elections packets are now available online, and are due by 5 PM on April 1st!

All of our packets are submitted via OrgSync. If you click that link and it brings you to the homepage to sign in to OrgSync, please sign in with your netpass username (without the @ithaca.edu) and password, and then click the link above again. If you have any issues accessing the packet, please email sgasenatechair@ithaca.edu and we will quickly resolve the issue.

We will be discussing Student Government Association positions during the first 45 minutes, and Class/Alumni Council position during the second 45 minutes of the time listed above. If you can not make it to an information session but wish to set up a meeting with us to learn more, email us at sgasenatechair@ithaca.edu.

 

Elections Timeline
March 16th - Election packets will be available online by 5 PM.
March 18th & 25th - Info Meeting 7:00 p.m., Friends 102
March 19th & 26th - Info Meeting 6:00 p.m., Friends 308
April 1st - Elections packets due online and signature sheets due to the SGA office by 5 PM. 
April 8th - Mandatory Candidates Meeting, 7:00 - 8:00pm, Textor 102
April 13th - Campaigning Begins, 12:00 a.m.
April 22nd - Public Candidates Presentation, 7:00 p.m., Emerson Suite A
April 23rd - Ballots Open at 12:00 a.m. - All students will receive a ballot in their email on April 23rd.
April 24th - Polls Close, 10:00 p.m.
April 25th - Winners Announced, 12:00 a.m.
