Howdy,
I am Justin Pyron, the VP of Senate Affairs for the 2012-2013 school year and I would like to tell you a little story about how a boy from Texas ended up a man in the middle of Ithaca, New York. After spending my whole life in Houston, I decided that I wanted my college experience to take me places I have never been. SGA happened to be one of those places, never having participated in Student Government before getting to Ithaca. After learning and gaining so much from my time as a senator over the past couple of years, I joined a team of passionate individuals to give back to the organization as well as the campus community.
My role on the SGA executive board is most apparent in our full senate meetings. I organize and conduct the meetings in a smooth procedure according to Robert's rules of Order. Furthermore with the VP of Communications, I help run the senate elections.
