Everyone keeps telling me to update this webpage, so I finally am. However, since no one wrote up a summary of our tournaments in the past three years this will have to suffice:

2002-2003:

Played well, had fun. We got about 10 freshmen to help revitalize the team, and they all improved a lot over the course of the year (except for Jim, I think him playing with us made him actually lose some of his skills). This team was a lot better then I ever thought Nawshus would ever be when I first arrived at IC, and we actually won a bunch of games. To some up the year (insert random homestarrunner quote here). Didn't make it to nationals.

2001-2002:

Played well, had fun, despite the team being a little "volatile". Didn't make it to nationals.

2000-2001:

At Amish Paradise:

It was so long ago... The memories are hazy... I do remember that we went undefeated and won the tournament though.

At the Danse:

Game 1 was versus the U of R alumni. This was an absolute joke, as the alumni dispatched us in about 20 minutes, with a score of 13-3. They did not make it onto our favorite teams to play list.

Our next game was against the University of Edinborough, which I think is in Scotland. This team is so much like us its eary. The game was fun, and even though a few people made some bad calls (*cough*
Gary and Liam *cough*), a good time was had by all. Final score was 13-10, with Nawshus the victors. Edinborough is a fun team, we like them.

Game number 3 was played against U of R. Nawshus hung with the piggies for most of the game, eventually losing by score of 13-9.

The last game of the day was against NYU. We thought for sure that we'd show these city boys bought how ya play ultimate. We also figured they had never played on grass. Despite the fact that everyone was tired, and
we had some injuries, it was yet another close game. We trailed at the half 7-4, but came back to tie it at 8. Both teams played all out, and we managed to lose another close game. Final score 15-13, NYU.

We did some things on the second day, Im just not sure what.

In Syracuse:

We started out the weekend with a win over the undermaned Clarkson Sqruirrel Massacre. After wearing them down with our many subs, we won 13 - 7. It was a ver fun game, and Clarkson is our new favorite team.
We hope that they dont all run off and join the circus, becuase they could.

Our next game was against the Syracuse B team (I think). We lead 7-4 at the half, and went on to win 13-10. Id give some specifics, but it happened sooo long ago.

In our next game we lost to RIT in a sudden death overtime match to the death, with a score of 14-12.
By this point in the day we were tired, and many of us
were injured. Our last game was against U of R. We found it hard to believe that this was a college team as 2/3 of the team appeared to be at least 30. They probably heard us saying this and proceded to wipe the floor with us 13-6.

So we went 2 and 2. We managed to double our win total from last year in one day. Not bad.

The next day everybody felt fine, really. We were in
tip top condition. Fortunatley, this didnt matter, as we were kidnapped and replaced with a highly trained kick-murder squad. They were pretty good at ultimate, and defeated the Syracuse A team 13-3.

We were then thrown out of a moving van by the fields
and proceded to our next game against RIT. It was almost the exact same game, with us taking a lead to the half, and them catching up and winning in OT
14-12. I think they wanted it more, at least thats what Gary said.

On Sunday, October first:

Our season opener against the Cornell Shake went well,
despite the fact that we lost. We played well, and werent intimidated by the drunk and stoned Cornell B team. A job well done by all, which left the team
not horribly disappointed. Final score was something like 15-11.

The second game, which was played against SUNY Binghamton didnt go quite as well. The team was tired and full of chicken and meatballs, which didnt help the fact that we were outmatched to begin with. Naw shus
was out run and out played by the opponent, as the amazing Chico led Binghamton to a 13-4 route.
