Hammond Health Center
Medical attention is available right on campus in the Hammond Health Center, which is staffed by full-time College physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and lab technicians. Your son or daughter may get medications, X-rays, and laboratory testing; continue established treatment regimens, such as allergy desensitization; and receive overnight care in the eight-bed infirmary.
Counseling Center
Located on the ground floor of Hammond Health Center is the College’s counseling center, which offers short-term individual, group, and relationship counseling; crisis intervention; and anonymous mental health screenings.
In addition to counseling and psychological services, the counseling center provides outreach and educational services through specialized programs, including
- suicide awareness and prevention;
- health promotion and substance abuse prevention; and
- the Center for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services.
Fitness Center
The College's Fitness Center is a great place to work off steam, reduce stress, and stay in shape. The center offers a host of cardio and weight machines, as well as a climbing wall and indoor and outdoor pools.
