Application Form

Congratulations on your decision to apply for the Summer Piano Institute. Working with Ithaca College's renowned piano faculty, you will grow as a musician and artist.

In addition to your application and payment of the $25 application fee, your application will not be complete until we receive your teacher's recommendation and, if applicable, an audio recording (CD or DVD).

Be sure to send these additional items as soon as possible after submitting your application, to:

To pay the $25 application fee by credit card, please complete the online application form below and continue to payment. (If you prefer to pay by check, please download the application form (pdf) and mail it to the address above with a check, made payable to Ithaca College.)

The deadline to apply is April 1.
