Institutional Plan (.pdf)
The institutional plan document defines the College's essential priorities and outlines goals, implementation strategies, and key performance indicators for those priorities. Below are two updates to the original document.
Sustainability: Exploring Positive Growth
This campus initiative facilitates a regional focus on sustainable development issues with partners in business, government, and higher education. It aims to steer public thinking away from decisions that drive short-term financial success and toward a collective move developing strategies that benefit society and the environment while yielding profits.
Master Plan Report - September 2002 (.pdf)
A year-long conversation with students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and trustees helped craft this bold, long-range vision for the College. This plan will serve as a living document for campus planning, providing a framework and guidelines for the College's growth.
Quality of Work Life Report (.pdf)
The purpose of the quality-of-work-life study was to measure institutional progress in quality-of-work-life areas, with a focus on staff and administration issues as outlined in the College's institutional plan.
Final Diversity Report - May 2005 (.pdf)
Convened in January of 2004, the Presidential Task Force on Diversity was charged with closely reviewing the Ithaca College institutional plan and making recommendations about "next steps" to assure consistent progress toward the College's goal of "creating a campus environment that accepts, reflects, and celebrates diversity."
