The conference registration fee is $65. This fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available to conference participants for an additional fee of $10. There are two types of continuing education units to choose from : Ithaca College (0.5 CEUs) or Nursing Home Administrator (5.0 CEUs). Please indicate your preference on the registration form.
This educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) and approved for 6 clock hours and 5 participant hours.
Payment may be made by check, payable to Ithaca College, or by credit card, using the credit card authorization located on the registration form.

The registration deadline is Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Registrants will receive a written confirmation upon receipt of registration and payment.
Cancellation Policy
The conference registration fee will be refunded if a written request is received by the Division of
Graduate and Professional Studies no later than Wednesday, September 10, 2008. No refunds will be given
for cancellations made after this date; however, you may transfer your registration fee to another
person.
