Application and Payment

Use this page to submit an application to the institute with a credit card payment of the deposit. If you don't want to apply and pay electronically, you may download a form, print it out, and send it by mail.

A complete application requires this form (or printed equivalent), a deposit of $100 (U.S. dollars only), your cassette tape, and a letter of recommendation. The first two requirements can be met electronically by submitting the form below with a credit card authorization for the deposit. However, your application will not be complete until we receive the cassette tape and letter of recommendation. All these materials must arrive by the April 1 deadline.

So, please send the tape and recommendation right away. If you are accepted to the institute, we will bill you for the balance due. If you are not accepted, your deposit will be returned.
