Registration Information

Fees

The registration fee for the full-day conference is $40.00. This includes the morning and afternoon sessions, light refreshments, and lunch. The half day (your choice, morning or afternoon sessions) with lunch and refreshments is $27.50. The registration fee for half day (your choice, morning or afternoon sessions) with refreshments only is $20.00.

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are available for family caregivers who express need. For more information contact Christine Decker, Ithaca College Gerontology Institute, at 607-274-1965.

How to Register

To register, complete the attached registration form and mail it with the registration fee by May 13 to Housing Conference, Division of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions, Ithaca College, 120 Towers Concourse, Ithaca, NY 14850-7141. Payment may be made by check, payable to Ithaca College, or by MasterCard or Visa using the credit card authorization on the registration form. You may also register by fax, to 607-274-1263, using the credit card authorization. A confirming letter and map will be mailed to you shortly after receipt of your registration. Enrollment is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Registered and paid participants who cancel will receive a refund if a request is received in writing by the continuing education office no later than May 18, 1999. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after that date; however, registration fees are transferable to another person.
