In PrintFaculty Authors Span Divergent TopicsTo students and alumni, faculty members in the School of Humanities and Sciences are known primarily through their outstanding work in the classroom. But these top educators are also actively advancing the frontiers of thought through their own published work. Along with dozens of articles in prestigious professional and scientific journals, faculty members have published a score of books in the 2003-4 academic year alone. A selection of the recently published titles proves the breadth of thought and the depth of talent found on campus.
"Humanities and sciences faculty scholarship contributes greatly to the school's reputation as well as to the enduring quest for knowledge," said Howard Erlich, dean of the School of Humanities and Sciences. "We are proud of our faculty authors." HS |
