Temporary Building Nearly Complete

ConstructionConstruction of a temporary building at the east end of Roy H. Park Hall is expected to be completed by mid-February. The 11,000-square-foot modular structure will house some 25 staff members from the payroll, human resources, and information technology offices. The leased units are expected to be in place for three to five years. "The College’s master plan calls for more permanent space for a number of administrative offices," says Thomas Salm, vice president for business and administrative affairs. "This temporary structure will give us the time we need to thoroughly address those issues. Also, a number of the staff members who will be working in the new facility will have moved there from Job Hall, and that will provide some additional space for the Office of Admission."
