and Concerns
The
Purchasing department believes that we can all benefit from communication
whether to answer a question, solve a problem, and share a success
story or compliment one of our staff. We welcome feedback from
our campus “customers” to be able to continuously
strive to improve the quality of the procurement services we
provide to you.
While
we certainly welcome positive comments about our service and
staff, it is equally important for us to know when you have a
concern or a problem that we can assist to resolve quickly.
Compliments
The best way to recognize the efforts of a Purchasing staff member is to email
us with your comments. We welcome every opportunity to recognize the performance
of our staff members. I will ensure that the individual receives the accolades
that are due.
Concerns
We encourage you to contact us to bring your concern or problem to our attention.
We will ensure that your concern will be handled in a manner that is fair,
courteous and timely and we will work with you to bring your issue to a
satisfactory resolution.
