General Signage Information

Interior “Architectural” Signage

This includes room name/number and directional signage that was specified for each building by an architect/designer. These may be metal etched or plastic with sub-screened graphics. This would include directory boards, room name plaques with room number and room sign plaques with or without slots for individual offices. These ARE NOT plastic engraved signs (see below).

To request replacement of a vandalized or missing sign or to request a completely new sign, please call the Construction, Planning, and Design group in Physical Plant at 274-1537.

Interior Plastic Engraved Signage and Plastic Nametags (from Hodgins Engraving)

This includes any inexpensive custom plastic engraved signage specified through the Purchasing Department such as desk nameplates, nameplate holders, plastic engraved nametags, and some non-architectural custom wall and door signage.

To order this type of signage, please call the Purchasing Department at 274-1482 or click on the following link, print the order form, complete and fax it to the Purchasing Department at 274-1602.

Exterior 3-Dimensional Building Name Lettering

This includes 3-D lettering on the outside of all campus buildings.

To request replacement of a vandalized or missing letter, or to request consideration of new building exterior lettering (requires V.P. approval), please call the Construction, Planning, and Design group in Physical Plant at 274-1537.
