Supplemental Demographic Information

Please read the following carefully:

(1) Please review your personal and student information on HomerConnect.

(2) If your name/address information is incorrect, please use the following form to correct that information. Please note, actual legal name changes do require proof of the change (court order, original social security card, marriage license, etc.) before it can be changed in the system.

(3) All information (with the exception of directory information such as address and phone) is completely private and protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and will not be shared with any parties outside the institution (including parents) without your written consent. If you wish your parents to know your grades, you will need to provide them with that information either by sharing your HomerConnect ID and PIN or printing off a copy of your grades yourself. If that is not possible, we can send a copy of your grades to your parents. However, you must request this in writing EACH SEMESTER.
