Request Verification of Enrollment
Commercial/Business Community:
We are now using The National Student Clearinghouse as our agent to supply verification of student and alumni attendance dates. You may contact them @ 703-742-4200 or visit their Web site.
Alumni of Ithaca College may obtain certifications at the web site listed above (by following the links for self-verification).
Ithaca College Students and Parents:
To obtain a verification of enrollment report, you can now choose:

Write a request and fax/mail it to The Office of the Registrar, or if you have a Homer UserID and PIN, you may now request online using HomerConnect. A request form is available above for mail/fax use.
Students and/or their parents often need verification of full-time status for various reasons. Alumni may obtain a certification of graduation. Students and/or their parents may contact our office (607) 274-3127, or send requests and/or forms to Office of the Registrar, 220 Job Hall, Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY 14850-7013. Requests may be faxed to: (607) 274-1366. You may also e-mail your request to registrar@ithaca.edu.
Verifications/Certifications are normally sent out 3 to 5 days from receipt of the request.

New: The National Student Clearinghouse now has a student Self-Service Site which will allow Ithaca College students to:
- View enrollment histories at your institution.
- Print out proof-of-enrollment certificates for use with health insurers and others.
