Q: How do I check my degree requirements while I'm registering on HomerConnect?
A: You should be using HomerConnect's Degree Evaluation in the Student Records area. If you find a problem or have a question, please e-mail CAPP@ithaca.edu


Q: What do I do if my User-ID and PIN don't work when attempting to access HomerConnect?
A: Stop by the Registrar's Office in Job Hall with your student ID card or email homer@ithaca.edu from your IC email account.


Q: I'm an H&S Major. Where do I get my alternate PIN to register for classes?
A: From your major advisor. Your Alternate Pin will be different for each semester.


Q: How do I find out who my advisor is?
A: You need to log into HomerConnect and look under "Student Records and Billing Information". Click on the link for "View Student Information".


Q: Where can I see an unofficial copy of my transcript?
A: You need to log into HomerConnect and look under "Student Records and Billing Information." Click on the link for "Academic Transcript."


Q: Where can I find my access time for registration?
A: On the Registrar's homepage.


Q: Where can I find the course offerings for the current semester?
A: HomerConnect. Click on Course Schedule and select the appropriate semester.

Q: Where can I see if I have any holds that prevent me from registration?
A: Log into HomerConnect and check under "Student Records and Billing Information". Click on the link for "View Student Information" to see if you have any holds and what office you need to contact.
