Off-campus Listing Form

Please complete all entries below in order to place an off-campus property listing (separate listing is required for each separate property). Hi-lited items are required entires. The off-campus listings on our website are updated only on the 1st and 15th of each month. Listings and payments must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on the last business day prior to the 1st or the 15th of the month to ensure a listing will be posted as of the update. Listings are valid as paid (30 days for a $3.00 new listing payment; an additional 30 days for each $2.00 renewal payment provided; free listing provided to current IC students). Refunds are not provided for early cancellation. Checks must be made out to Ithaca College. Mail payment to: "Off-campus Listing, Office of Residential Life, 2001 East Tower, Ithaca College, 953 Danby Road, Ithaca, New York 14850."
