I Am an Official Squatter: I have officially squatted my apartment through the Fall 2008 Housing Selection Process and will be residing in the same apartment for the 2008-09 academic year (the Office of Residential Life will verify this information). I do not plan to check out of my apartment (residents swapping bedrooms within the apartment for the Fall semester will be contacted with a timeline in May).
I Am Checking out prior to July 8, 2008: I plan to check out on , 2008. I understand that there is no refund for moving out of the apartment prior to the end of the apartment agreement.Detailed checkout instructions will be included in the Spring and Summer Closing Notice to be distributed shortly to my IC E-mail address.
I Am Checking out on July 8, 2008: I plan to maintain occupancy in my apartment through July 8, 2008 (this includes partial and intermittent occupancies during the summer). I understand that I need to check out of my apartment by 5:00 on July 8, 2008 (if you are moving to a different Circle Apartment assignment for the 2008-09 academic year, you must check out and may not move into your new apartment until August 8, 2008).

This Ithaca College student will reside in the building and bedroom listed above beginning on , 2008.and ending on , 2008 (squatters may sublet their space through August 8, 2008 while all other residents may sublet only through July 8, 2008).

All financial arrangements are strictly made between this student and I, and I will provide him or her the keys to my bedroom and to the apartment. I understand that subletting to this student is contingent on approval from the Office of Residential Life (all current residents of your apartment will be contacted by the Circles Area Office for their approval of this arrangement).

I also understand that any damage that occurs, whether resulting from the sublete or not, will be billed to me. These damages wil also include charges resulting from the sublettee's failure to checkout by the indicated deadline (excluding squatter apartments, damage assessments will occur after the last person has checked out of the apartment).
