A 2-person Garden Apartment includes a patio or balcony, and is complete with wall-to-wall carpeting and draperies. Each apartment has a ResNet port for each resident, one modular phone jack, and one cable TV jack (cable service must be set up with Time-Warner of Ithaca).

The kitchenette includes a range with oven, a microwave, a built-in pantry/shelf, and a full-size refrigerator.

The living area is furnished with a dining room table, a two-seat sofa, a coffee table, two study desks, and two chairs.

The dressing area and full bathroom includes a sink/vanity, and a closet with a 4-drawer dresser for each resident. Bathrooms are supplied with a shower curtain with all other essentials supplied by the resident.

The bedroom furnishings include a single extra-long bed, an "underbed" dresser, and a nightstand for each resident.
