Each Terrace Double is complete with wall-to-wall carpeting and draperies, and is furnished with a built-in closet or free-standing wardrobe, a single extra-long bed (mattress dimension is 36" x80" x 7"), a study desk and chair, a four-drawer dresser, and a ResNet port for each resident.

Each Terrace Double has one modular telephone jack, and one cable TV jack (cable service must be contracted through Time-Warner of Ithaca). Some Terrace Triple have door- or wall-mounted mirrors.

NOTE: This is a representative Terraces double room, but all rooms on the Ithaca College campus vary in size, shape and configuration.

All residence halls and apartments at Ithaca College are smoke free. Students and guests may not smoke in any room, suite, apartment, or any other space within a residence hall including lounges, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and bathrooms, nor on its balconies.
