The Terrace Residence Halls are located above the Hill Center and the Center for Health Sciences on the south side of campus. These feature single, double, and triple rooms, as well as a limited number of five- and six-person suites. The Terraces are ideal for students who desire a traditional residence hall experience.
Each Terrace Residence Hall is complete with a study lounge, TV lounge, a kitchen or kitchenette, vending, shared (single-gender) bathrooms and laundry facilities. As there are no elevators in the Terraces, a dumbwaiter is available to assist with move-in and move-out of items not easily carried up and down stairs.
The H.O.M.E., Sustainably Conscious, and Outdoor Adventure learning communities are housed in the Terraces (Note: room selection in learning communities is by application). Quiet Study, the All-female Residence and the three resident music fraternities are part of the Terraces community.
Parking is available in Red Lot L and the L Lot Extension with residents' mailboxes located on the 2nd level of the Terraces Dining Hall. See Campus Map.
