  1. An extra-long twin bed, except for Circle Apartment single bedrooms which have full-sized beds.
  2. All bedrooms and common living areas (except for kitchens and bathrooms) are carpeted.
  3. All windows are provided with drapes.
  4. "Extra long" twin mattress are 36" x 80" x 7" (all campus rooms, suites and apartments except for in Circle Apartment single bedrooms).
  5. "Full-sized" mattresses are 54" x 75" x 7" (only in Circle Apartment single bedrooms).
  6. Each student will need to bring his or her own pillows, mattress pad, sheets, and blankets.
  7. Opt-in on-campus, local and 9-1-1 telephone service is available in all rooms and apartments (see Telephone & Cable for additional information).
  8. All rooms and apartments are wired for cable service (see Telephone & Cable for additional information).
  9. Direct campus network connections are available in all residence hall rooms and apartments (see Computer Access for additional information).

NOTE: Because of health and safety considerations, bunked and lofted beds must be installed by the College. If you request a bunked bed, bed rails will be installed on both sides of the lofted bed or upper bunk. Residents do not have the option to refuse bed rails.

To prevent damage to or loss of College property, students may not disassemble or remove any College property from any room, apartment, or suite, or lounge or other common area. Students may not block any exits from a room, apartment, suite, lounge or other common area with furniture.

Only one loft is allowed per room with requests accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis as bed ends are available. Residents may elevate a bed by placing one cinder block horizontally under each leg. No other materials may be used. Residents are responsible for the removal and disposal of cinder blocks at check out.
