Each residence hall contains at least one small kitchen with a refrigerator, range, microwave oven, and sink. Apartment kitchens are similarly equipped with some Circle Apartments also having dishwashers.
For safety reasons, all cooking in residence halls with the exception of items design for preparation in microfridges is restricted to kitchens. Kitchens are the only areas where blenders, popcorn poppers, and coffeemakers may be used. |
NOTE: Residents who use kitchen appliances and kitchen facilities are responsible to clean any sinks, ranges, refrigerators, and counters as used, and to dispose of any unused food items that are stored in refrigerators or freezers in a timely way. The abuse, misuse, or negligent use of kitchen applicances or facilities which results in damage to Ithaca College property will be charged to the student account(s) deemed responsible. |
