You will be assigned a mail box in the mail room for your residence hall. Mail is delivered to the campus mail rooms daily excluding holidays and weekends. Prior to your arrival, ship any packages that you may wish to receive to your Fall address. If you don't yet know your Fall address, ship packages to:

Students are notified on their Ithaca College E-mail account if they have a package to pick up at Mail Services which is located at 103 General Services Building (click here for additional information and hours of operation).
Once you verify your room assignment in August, all mail should be addressed to you in the following manner:

- Full postal service is available through the U.S. Postal Service Substation which is located at 130 Phillips Hall. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- UPS and FedEx packages may be mailed between 8:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. at the MAIL SERVICES MAIL CENTER which is located at 103 Center for Public Safety.

| When you check into your room, you will recieve your mailbox assignment and key. Your mail will be delivered to your mailbox in one of the following mailrooms:
- Bogart basement
- Circles Community Building

- East Tower lobby
- Emerson lobby
- Garden 27 basement
|
- Terrace 01 Dining Hall
- West Tower lobby |
Remember to always lock your mailbox. |
