Goal 1. Work collaboratively with ITS to investigate the most desired option for various technology services.

• Advocate for opt-in phone service
• Advocate for student preferred cable/cable alternative service
• Advocate for student preferred Ethernet service/wireless service

Goal 2. Improve mail services.

• Survey students for more information on their concerns with mail service
• Work with mail services to create a centralized mailroom for all residence halls, except for the apartments
• Work with mail services to develop a system to help students transport large packages from the mailroom to their rooms

Goal 3. Work collaboratively with Dining Services to identify student preferred services.

• Advocate for increased hours of operations and healthy food choices during those extended hours of service
• Advocate for hot meals to go
