Residential Life: Off-Campus Application - Part II
All applicants for off-campus status must complete, "Putting the Pieces Together: Living Responsibly in the Ithaca Community" at www.ithaca.edu/reslife/quiz/, by the applicable due date.¹ On successful completion, a confirmation E-mail is sent to housing@ithaca.edu once the applicant appropriately enters their name and ID. Parent/Guardian Approval is required for every applicant who is not yet 21 years of age by the applicable due date.²
Applications will be available only on-line and beginning on Monday, January 20, 2009; applications will ONLY be accepted through on-line submission in the following manner:
Students with 3.0 or More Completed Semesters on HomerConnect through Fall 2008
- Students who have completed 3.0 or more semesters (group whose average of completed semesters is 3.0 or more) must submit applications, required parent/guardian approvals, and complete the "Living Responsibly in the Ithaca Community" module by Tuesday, January 27, 2008 at 11:59 p.m.
- Students approved for off-campus will be posted on-line by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2008.
Students with Less Than 3.0 Completed Semesters on HomerConnect through Fall 2008
- Students who have completed less than 3.0 semesters (or a group whose average is less than 3.0 semesters) must submit applications, required parent/guardian approvals, and complete the "Living Responsibly in the Ithaca Community" module by January 28, 2009 at 11:59 p.m.
- Students approved for off-campus will be posted on-line by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2009.

¹ The module may be completed at any time prior to the published deadline.
² Parent/guardian approval E-mails or FAXes for each student under 21 years of age can be sent at any time from now until the deadline date. Approvals should include the student's name, student's ID number, and language such as "my student has my permission to reside in off-campus housing beginning with the Fall 2009 semester."
