
The Leadership Council will consist of the Faculty Advisor, involved staff (including the Residence Director), involved Resident Assistants, and two student representatives elected by the group at the beginning of the year. These elected students will be responsible for representing the whole group when giving updates, long-range planning, and discussing community issues. These leadership positions will be up for re-election after one semester.
The Council will meet once a week (or as needed) to discuss how the Learning Outcomes are being met, relevant program updates, community issues, and long-range planning.
