Terrace 03 is a Coed-by-door residence hall, but the 3rd Floor is designated as an all female floor. It is located in close proximity to the Towers and to the Terraces Dining Halls. Terrace 03 houses the HOME program. The Residence Director's office for Terrace 03 is located in Terrace 02, Room 103.

| All residence halls and apartments at Ithaca College are smoke free. Students and guests may not smoke in any room, suite, apartment, or any other space within a residence hall including lounges, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and bathrooms, nor on its balconies. |
