Terrace 09 is located in proximity to the Terraces Dining Hall, Whalen Hall, and Hill Center. The Residence Director's office for Terrace 09 is located in Terrace 07, Room 100.

All residence halls and apartments at Ithaca College are smoke free. Students and guests may not smoke in any room, suite, apartment, or any other space within a residence hall including lounges, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and bathrooms, nor on its balconies.
