Any student without written authorization by the Office of Residential Life to check-in prior to Sunday, August 23, 2009, who is found in a residence hall is subject to a $100.00 unauthorized presence fee.

If you are assigned to a room in:

• Bogart, Boothroyd, Clarke, Eastman, Hilliard, Holmes, Hood, Landon, Lyon, Rowland, or Tallcott, you will check-in at the Quads Area Office (Eastman lobby).
• Emerson Hall or a Garden Apartment, you will check-in at the Emerson Hall 3rd floor lounge.
• East or West Tower, you will check-in at the Towers Dining Hall.
• Terraces 01-13, you will check-in at the Center for Health Science lobby.
• Circle Apartments check-in at the Circles Office (Circles Community Building).

Signs will be posted at each check-in location on how to check-in after the check-in location closes and 12:00 a.m. (midnight). There will be no check-ins after midnight.

If you are approved to arrive prior to August 23, 2009 and are assigned to a room in:

• Bogart, Boothroyd, Clarke, Eastman, Hilliard, Holmes, Hood, Landon, Lyon, Rowland, Tallcott, Emerson Hall or a Garden Apartmentyou will check-in at the Quads Area Office (Eastman lobby).
• Terraces 01-12, and East or West Tower, you will check-in at the Terraces and Towers Area Office (Terrace 07, Room 0100).

New students who are approved to attend Orientation may check-in on Thursday, August 20, 2009. Early check-in to Terrace 13 will not be accommodated.
