Any student without written authorization by the Office of Residential Life to check-in prior to Saturday, January 17, 2009 who is found in a residence hall is subject to a $100.00 unauthorized presence fee.

New students who are approved to attend Orientation may check-in on Thursday, January 15, 2009 from 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

If you are assigned to a room in:

• Bogart, Boothroyd, Clarke, Eastman, Hilliard, Holmes, Hood, Landon, Lyon, Rowland, or Tallcott, you will check-in at the Quads Area Office (Rowland lobby)
• Emerson Hall or a Garden Apartment, you will check-in at the Emerson Satellite Office (2nd floor entrance)
• East or West Tower, you will check-in at the Towers Satellite Office (East Tower lobby)
• Terraces 01-12, you will check-in at the Terrace 07 Office (Terrace 07, Rm. 100)
• Circle Apartments check-in at the Circles Office (Circles Community Building).

Signs will be posted at each check-in location on how to check-in after the check-in location closes and 12:00 a.m. (midnight). There will be no check-ins after midnight.
