2010 Course: Environment

The first “Media for Social Change” mini-course took place in April 2010 in recognition of the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day. The one-credit mini-course and public event focused on the environment and sustainability.

Keynote speaker for the program was Lynne Twist — a global activist, fundraiser, speaker, consultant, and author. The public program also featured a taped message from Paul Hawken, environmentalist, entrepreneur, and author.
