Kim GreenKim Green
Columbus North High School, Columbus, IN

A veteran educator of 35 years, Kim Green teaches journalism and English at Columbus North High School where she advises Log yearbook and The Triangle newsmagazine as part of CNHS Media. Her staffs' publications have won NSPA Pacemakers and CSPA Crowns, and Log was inducted into NSPA's All-American Hall of Fame in 2010.

Green was named the Journalism Education Association's 2011 National Yearbook Adviser of the Year. Other career honors include: 2009 Edna V. Folger Outstanding Teacher Award winner, 2006 Dow Jones Newspaper Fund Distinguished Adviser and 2004 Indiana High School Press Association Ella Sengenberger Journalism Teacher of the Year Award winner, and she is a JEA-certified Master Journalism Educator. A past president of IHSPA, Green now serves on JEA's Board of Directors as Certification Commission Chair.
