Hi! Thanks for visiting my page.

I am really excited to be living here in Ithaca, and to be working at the College. Currently, my primary responsibilities at the undergraduate level are to teach classes focusing on organizational/corporate communication issues:

Crisis Communications, Government and Stakeholder Relations, Communication in International Organizations, Organizational Speechwriting and Interviewing, Human Communication in Organizations, Corporate Communication, Professional Development I, II, & III.

At the graduate level, I teach the following courses:  Crisis Communications, Diversity and Organizational Culture, and Theoretical Foundations.

In terms of research interests, my primary areas of expertise are: sexuality/gender; intercultural communication; and organizational communication.

On a personal note, I am most passionate about food-- the cooking and eating of it! One of my favorite books on the subject is Michael Pollan's Omnivore's Dilemma.  If you haven't seen the latest movies/videos related to food, check out Julie and Julia & and Food Inc.
