Lisa Boyars '01 (advertising and public relations concentration) received the prestigious "Marketer of the Year" honor for The New Yorker. As associate merchandising director and sponsorship director for The New Yorker Festival, Lisa supervised the sponsorships of 17 advertisers for the event -- the magazine's largest marketing initiative of the year, and one of Conde Nast's most high-profile programs. She also balanced advertiser needs with editorial restrictions and motivated her department to deliver a top product. Congratulations! Lisa also took IMC's Ad Lab during her senior year and her team's Daimler Chrysler campaign won first in the district.
