Stephanie Elowson '08 (a double major in integrated marketing communications and business administration/marketing) was named national scholar -- one of only five awarded nationwide -- of the National Office of Sigma Iota Epsilon Management Honorary 2007 national undergraduate scholarship competition. Two of five national scholars, one of two runners-up, and three honorable mention recipients are Ithaca College SIE members. Sigma Iota Epsilon scholars have demonstrated excellence in academics, extracurricular activities, service, leadership, and local chapter contributions.
In addition, IMC also has new initiates into the SIE, including Jessica L. Carnduff '08, Sara J. Cleary '08, and Stefana R. Vutova '08. The purpose of Sigma Iota Epsilon is twofold: to encourage and recognize scholastic excellence, and to promote cooperation between the academic and practical aspects of management.
Congratulations to all!
