Professor Hamula Elected to Executive Board
The Advertising Division of the Association for Education in Journalism & Mass Communication has elected Professor Scott R. Hamula to its executive board as the Teaching Standards Chair. Professor Hamula will coordinate the division’s teaching papers competition for the 2009 conference in Boston and he is spearheading a committee charged with developing a teaching excellence award.
Professor Hamula said, “I’ve been a member of AEJMC for three years now, and my experience with the Ad Division has been fantastic. I’m very excited to have been given this opportunity to serve.”
The Association for Education in Journalism & Mass Communication (AEJMC) is a non-profit, educational association of faculty, administrators, students and media professionals that is dedicated to promoting the highest standards for education.
