Three IC students minoring in International Communications, Daniel Haack ('10), Susannah Faulkner ('12) and Joe Bagliere ('11), in collaboration with Dr. Katalin Lustyik (Assistant Professor, TVR) will present a research paper titled "Disney, Al Jazeera, the BBC and the Global Children's TV Landscape" at the Global Media and Communication (GlobalFusion) Conference taking place on October 16-18 at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Lustyik will also present her study "Transnational Children’s TV in the Global Media Landscape: The Case of Nickelodeon in the South Pacific."
