As part of Act! Speak! Build! advocacy month, Habitat for Humanity sponsored a screening of the PURSUIT of HAPPYNESS. Prior to showing the film, Professor Gossa Tsegaye, from the Department of Television-Radio, spoke about the depiction homeless in media versus reality.

Professor Tsegaye recently filmed a documentary, Jungle’s Edge, about daily life in the Jungle, the tent city in a wooded area near Ithaca's Inlet that for decades has served as a home for the homeless.
