Graduate Assistanships and Financial Aid

A limited number of graduate assistantships are awarded each semester, based on an applicant's scholastic record and ability to assist Park School faculty in teaching and research. Graduate assistants work with faculty in the Departments of Cinema, Photography, and Media Arts; Journalism; Television-Radio; and Strategic Communication. They assist with classes, conduct research, supervise labs, and work in related professional areas.

The assistantships consist of two parts: a tax-free scholarship and a taxable work-related salary. The appointment normally requires 8-12 hours of work per week.
