Editorial and Design Internship in Educational Media

Educational Media offers a twelve-month internship designed for recent college graduates in design, education, art history, or related fields who want to participate in the production of print and online publications created for families, teachers, students, and the general museum public. The internship is multidisciplinary, but focuses on the development of editorial and design skills. No previous production experience is necessary; however, undergraduate coursework in at least one of the areas mentioned above is required. Strong and varied computer skills are required. The intern must participate in the one-week Summer Internship Program orientation.

June 7, 2010–May 27, 2011
Full time: five days, thirty-five hours per week
Stipend: $25,000

Web Development/Video Internship in Educational Media

Educational Media offers a twelve-month internship designed for recent college graduates in video, web development, design, education, art history, or related fields who want to participate in the production of online and/or video resources created for families, teachers, students, and the general museum public. The internship is multidisciplinary, but focuses on web development and/or video skills. No previous production experience is necessary; however, undergraduate coursework in at least one of the areas mentioned above is required. Strong and varied computer skills are required. The intern must participate in the two-week Summer Internship Program orientation.
